Upserve warranty statement

  • Upserve offers 3 months warranty on all goods and services provided. For services which are deemed to be defective or of unsatisfactory quality, Upserve will, at its discretion, provide again those services which were supplied, or resupply goods, in order to repair or rectify the defect.
  • With respect to goods supplied by external manufacturers, Upserve will pass on to its customers full details of those manufacturers’ warranties and will assist customers in any claims.
  • Any customer wishing to make a warranty claim must contact Upserve in writing, stating the nature of the claim and the date that the services were provided.
  • Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
